Don’t ever book this hotel, it is so horrible.First as we entered there was no proper guide for the hotel location, no sign board of Maruthi hotel as a Fabhotel, there is a convention hall and other Maruthi garden offices unfortunately there was no one to guide us. Once we get to know the hotel we entered the reception, at reception the guy who was sitting he don’t know any thing about the hotel operation. He keeps on calling somebody. Then one of the cleaning staff came and showed us one room, that room was smelly because there is no ventilation and don't know from how long the room was closed. Later I denied my check in and asked him to call the manager but the manager was not there so other guy came and said family has come and why are you showing these rooms and asked him to show us the other family rooms. We entered the family room again which is without ventilation, there were 2 dead cockroaches and the floor was untidy. Later they wiped it after our checkin. I requested them to refund my payment which they refused as I made the payment for FabHotels. Then they said they will give us complimentary breakfast but breakfast was included in our stay. the bed sheets, pillow cover and blanket was dirty may be they didn’t changed it after the previous checkout. I asked for the water he gave us in a water can whose cap was dirty. I asked for the kettle and they gave me the dirty kettle. Ac and its remote was also dirty. The furniture at the room is like the second hand furniture look it from some bazaar. The wheel chair at the room was very dirty. There is much more to tell but all I can say is this is the worst hotel I stayed ever and the worst experience I ever had. My fault was that I made the payment to FabHotels through upi prior seeing the rooms.Many a times I requested them to call the manager I want to talk to him but the manager didn’t showed during my whole stay.I have attached photos for the above comments for the justification.
